We do not require the product to be returned. Please send through a photo of the defective product with the original packaging within 14 days of the purchase date. Or bring your defective product to the Yandina Markets for a refund or exchange.

After viewing the product photo or inspecting the defective product in person we may offer you a full refund or exchange. For online purchases please allow 7-14 days to be processed and exchange to be sent. You will receive an email once your refund has been processed or your new product has been sent.
