Rubs & Suggestions
Za’atar
Mix ¼ cup butter with 2 tbsp. Za’atar mix then add to French bread, (like Garlic Bread).
Bake for 15 Mins
OR
Brush Flat Bread with olive oil dust with Za’atar and toast.
OR
Sprinkle over Mashed Potatoes or a seasoning for Roast Potatoes.
OR a simple rub for Lamb Cutlets before grilling.

Use Peri Peri as a dry rub on Chicken or Pork.
Leave for an hour in the refrigerator and cook on the BBQ.

Rub the Cajun Blend all over let it sit for a couple of hours.

Dukkah
So many things to do with this Egyptian Blend.
1/ Break Turkish bread, dip in virgin olive oil then dip the oiled bread into the Dukkah.
2/ Coat Chicken or Fish before pan frying.
3/ Sprinkle over fresh salads accompanied with a little SUMAC.
4/ Sprinkle over freshly popped popcorn! Great for Parties.
