This is the easiest Recipe ever.
1 finely chopped Onion
2 Cloves of Garlic
500gms Chicken Thighs
2 tbsp. Crunchy Peanut Butter (My Favourite)
2 tbsp. Satay Blend
400 mls of Coconut Milk
Fry Onion, Garlic.
Add chicken and cook until tender.
Add Satay Blend with Peanut butter stir for 1 min
Finally add coconut milk.
Add extra peanuts serve with rice.
Follow recipe remove the Coconut Milk
Mix with 1 cup of plain Yoghurt and make Kebabs.
Rub Chicken or Pork in the Satay blend
refrigerate for a few hours and cook on BBQ.
Serve with Yoghurt
