We want you to love your purchase. If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product, and we’ll work with you to arrange a replacement, exchange or refund. Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.

Please send us a photo of the defective product within 14 days of purchase. Alternatively, you can bring the product to Yandina Country Markets.

In most cases, no physical return is required. A photo of the product and packaging is usually sufficient for assessment.

Once approved, refunds and exchanges for online orders are typically processed within 7 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed or your replacement order has been sent.
