How to use Pickling Spice?
Add 1–2 tablespoons of Pickling Spice to your pickling brine when preserving vegetables such as cucumbers, onions, beetroot, or carrots. For best flavour, simmer the spice blend with vinegar, water, and salt before pouring over your prepared vegetables.
Pickling Spice can also be used to flavour corned beef, slow-cooked meats, soups, and braises. Simply add a teaspoon or two during cooking to infuse your dish with warm, aromatic spice notes.
